An nginx php-fpm configuration for moodle 3.5

I had issues running Moodle 3.5.1 on my Ubuntu 16.04 VM running on Virtualbox.

The configuration below in the nginx configuration (/etc/nginx/sites-enabled/default) to make sure the links to the required resources redirect to the correct locations
